Our Team at Working Wise

Jeena Murphy-McClellan

Jeena is the director of Working Wise, having set the company up in 1996. She is an approved ACC WSMP auditor and has notched up over 150 audits. She has also worked with dozens of companies to help them improve their workplace health and safety.

More recently, Jeena has been involved in health and safety culture change projects. She isalso a specialist health and safety trainer and delivered the ACC/CTU Worksafe Health and Safety Representative courses.

Peter Hall-Jones

Peter joined the team in 2009 to develop our flagship online health and safety system GOSH. He’s got a wealth of experience in web development and writing.  Peter’s aim is to keep GOSH user-friendly, affordable and futureproofed. Jen Breed

Jen has more than twenty years’ experience as a facilitator and trainer in health and safety, team and relationship building and workplace culture change.

She co-designed the DOL-funded workplace productivity challenge programme and is a key player in several Working Wise projects, including a safety culture gap analysis tool that adapts Shell's 'Hearts and Minds' programme to a NZ context.

Kellie Bowman

Kellie's come onboard as a Health and Safety Advisor for Working Wise. She''s carving out quite a niche in school health and safety systems and reviews. In 2016 Kellie also became an ACC WSMP auditor. She's also our expert in plain English and is great at writing and developing easy to understand documents and procedures. 

Sarah McCall

Sarah's our Office Manager and is suceeding in her prime mission of getting all us little fishes swimming in the same direction. Any Working Wise queries, Sarah's your first point of contact.

Our Associates

Kate Edmond – Wellstaff

Kate is an experienced occupational health nurse who we contract to deliver our occupational health services.  

Kate is extremely professional and has a great range of skills. Currently she completes our health monitoring and pre-employment screening.

Ann Horner

Ann is our associate in the South Island she lives in Dunedin. She’s an ACC auditor and has been involved in workplace health and safety for 20 years. She spent 10 years at ACC as an injury prevention consultant and then a programme manager for Workplace Programmes.

She is an experienced health and safety rep trainer, has an MA in Education and is completing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management, focusing on health and safety.

Sheryll Wilkinson

Sheryll has been an auditor with Working Wise Ltd and been on the ACC Audit Panel since 2009. Sheryll is based in the Hawkes Bay.

She has worked in the occupational safety and health field for 32 years. She has a broad industrial and practical experience in health and safety.
