Who we are

Working Wise is a Wellington based health, safety and wellbeing company. Our website has been designed to provide our clients with information about our software and services.

All information collected from the website is stored in our CRM that is administered in the Zoho suite of tools. It is accessible to authorized Working Wise Ltd personnel only. We strictly enforce our privacy policies with our employees and any breach of this policy is considered serious misconduct and we will follow our internal processes to resolve any such breach. Cookies

We use social media and a chat bot on some sections of our website to help communicate our messages and give you the best experience possible. The chat bot will collect your basic IP information and any other information you provide. This will be stored in our CRM.
Social media services have their own privacy policies and may track your use of our website on those pages where their links are displayed. They do this by the use, for example, of persistent session cookies and their tracking may be associated with your profile with them.

Other information collated by our website is general information only and is collated via Google Analytics and website analytics regarding people who visit our website, with no specific details recorded. Statistics such as how many people have visited in any given week or month, what page they have visited, what time of day we most receive website traffic and from what continent, is how generalised this information is. It is retained by Google, and also via Zoho. All information collected from the website is stored in our CRM that is administered in the Zoho suite of tools.
CRM data is stored securely in line with the Zoho security protocols.
We keep your information safe and store it securely so no unauthorised access can occur. Your information will never be sold to any third parties.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. What rights you have over your data
